I got my first box. I don't expect to like everything in every box. I am particular about certain things for good reason AND no good reason. I would rather have Oreos as a pre-workout than a prepackaged powdered concoction (and I'm not a fan of most drinks). I mean honestly, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are the best pre-workout snack there is. I didn't like my tank top this first go round, I gave it away. I did like many of the snacks so I'm hoping that most months I will like at least 50% of the things. The stars I gave represent some of those snacks and the hope I have in the future.

I loved the first box in my subscription! The tank top was fun and all the snacks were stevia free (I can’t do stevia and so many of the marketed protein products use that as a sweetener). Looking forward to the next one!

I am new to the subscription boxes, and as a gym rat myself I love keeping the snacks and the drinks in my bag and my backpack for school, I highly recommend The Lift Box to eveyone!

I really liked the variety in this snack box. There were items from brands that I had been wanting to try and this provides a great opportunity. There is a good mix of salty snacks and bars. I am really happy with this box.

I enjoy getting these boxes every month but the snacks are sometimes too similar or redundant month to month. For a few months we got 3 very similar color shirts. Would be nice to get some more variety

My husband helps me with meal prep for my competitions. So I got him The Lift Box to thank him. He loves getting the box and discovering all the surprise items. Although he doesn’t compete, he loves working out with me and reaching his fitness goals. It’s a fun way for me to thank him for supporting me in my fitness journey too!

I got 2 of the 1 time purchases and both boxes were completely different. I like how they do what they can to keep each box different.

I really enjoyed getting this box. I loved the snack bag it came with. The energy drink it came with was delicious. The energy gummies citrus yuzu also yummy. I haven't tried the other stuff yet. And my shirt i will wear next week. But I look forward to the next box.
